  • Solo-Expert Model: All services are provided directly by an independent GMB expert with 14+ years of individual experience, ensuring a direct, one-on-one service model without corporate middlemen.
  • Service Deliverables: Services will be performed as outlined in your chosen package, such as the New Business Map Listing setup (₹8,000) or the monthly Local Map Booster Plan (₹5,000/month).

2. Client Responsibilities & Access

  • Account Access: To perform optimization, you agree to grant necessary Manager or Owner access to your Google Business Profile dashboard.
  • Accurate Information: You confirm that all business details, addresses, phone numbers, and legal documents provided for citation and setup purposes are accurate and legally owned by your business.

3. Google Guidelines & Third-Party Platforms

  • Third-Party Disclaimers: Google Business Profile and Google Search are third-party platforms governed by their own terms, policies, and algorithms.
  • No Guarantee of Rankings: While proven, industry-best local SEO strategies are implemented to maximize visibility and map pack rankings, exact search positions or specific timeframes cannot be legally guaranteed due to frequent algorithm updates.
  • Suspensions & Verifications: Google holds final authority over profile approvals, video verifications, and listing suspensions. Reinstatement support is provided using best practices, but ultimate compliance and recovery decisions rest entirely with Google.

4. Payments & Billing

  • Upfront Payments: One-time service packages (such as map listing setups) require full payment upfront before work commences.
  • Monthly Subscriptions: The Local Map Booster Plan operates on a flexible, month-to-month subscription model billed in advance. You can cancel anytime before your next billing cycle.

5. Limitation of Liability

  • The GMB Expert shall not be held liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses, loss of revenue, or business interruption resulting from Google algorithm changes, account suspensions, or third-party platform actions.
